45-year-old female, 5"2", and weighing 148 pounds presented with concerns of loose abdominal skin, muscle laxity, overall lack of abdominal contouring, diastasis recti, excess fat at her waist, and drooping breasts after multiple births. An abdominoplasty restored her abdomen. She underwent an abdominoplasty, which included tightening of her abdominal wall, (RFAL) radio frequency-assisted liposuction for her back and flanks, and a mastopexy to lift and restore her breasts.
